Wonder Woman 1984 is the long delayed sequel to what many consider the first good DC feature in the modern superhero era. Set in the year 1984 (when else would it be set?) we find Wonder Woman, the successful business woman, alone in a world that’s changed so much from what we knew previously. When an evil oil tycoon named Maxwell Lord finds a way to get everything he’s ever wanted, Wonder Woman must stop him before the world falls to chaos, all while she deals with the return of her lost love Steve Trevor and a new foe in Barbara Minerva.
